RXTE Finds Smallest Known Black Hole April 1, 2008
Nikolai Shaposhnikov and Lev Titarchuk of NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center used RXTE to find a black hole only 15 miles in diameter. It's the smallest known black hole, and may confirm theoretical predictions of how small black holes can get.
