Revising Suzaku Cycle 4 Budget Proposals

If the awarded amount less than or equal to the request, and is within 20% of the original request, the PIs need not take any action. Their grants will be issued when at least one of the observations is performed, and as soon as necessary paperworks can be completed.
Procedure for Budget Revision
However, if the awarded amount is greater than the request, or less than or equalt to 80% of the original request, a revised budget must be submitted.
There is no fixed format for budget revision, nor is there a requirement for an on-line submission. PIs should submit a budget with an institutional signature using a format of their choosing. Please include the NSPIRES proposal number (08-SUZ408-00NN), the Suzaku proposal number (41mmm), and the proposal title of the original Stage 2 submission.
There is no formal deadline for the submission of a revised budget. However, budget PIs with an observation that has already been performed, or scheduled in the near future, are strongly encouraged to submit a revised budget within 2 weeks of receipt of the official award letter, to enable these grants to be issued in a timely manner.
